Usually, we don't offer free sample. But sample cost is refundable if your next order more than 3000pcs.
We can make OEM and ODM items. The minimum number of custom samples is 1000.
As for sample, 1-15 days depending on if they are in stock or not. As for mass production, 25-65 working days depending on quantity and firing rate. Please understand ceramic manufacture is a complex process, there are many factors may affect the production lead time.
Our export packing is strong standard carton, also we accept customized packing.
